Most of the well-informed young women (69.8%) experience physiological vaginal discharge. The Chi Square test results showed that there was a relationship between young women's knowledge about vulva hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05). Almost all young women (88.4%) were positive about experiencing physiological vaginal discharge. The results of the Chi Square test showed that there was a relationship between the attitudes of young women regarding vulva hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05). Conclusion: Knowledge of young women about vulva hygiene is mostly in the good category. The attitudes of young women regarding vulva hygiene are mostly positive. There is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of vaginal discharge. There is a relationship between attitude and the incidence of vaginal discharge.
